Girls With Comics

While many fans moan at the sound of ‘Wizard World’, including myself, I really like this con. It’s not too big, and not too small. Plus the media guests (wrestlers, reality TV stars) are kind of thrown into a small corner. Seriously that shit is depressing, especially with the wrestlers. I try to avoid eye contact with any of the non comic book guests. It’s for the better.

Anyhow. The pre-reg pick up on Saturday morning moved flawlessly. I got in and out within 10 minutes, and was on my merry little way! It wasn’t as flashy as NYCC, but it was still a good show. I’ve heard from dealers it wasn’t all that, but I’m not a dealer so I really can’t say. The crowd was good, the costumes were good, and I met some awesome people. This was actually the con I met Han at! It was magical and full of unicorns and rainbows. I know you’re super jealous. (I walked away from that colorful meeting, turned to my friend and said She’s SO CUTE! ~Han)
